Yes it is. But, lets also remember that there was correspondence posted here from Nickelodeon at the time of the original deal in which they stated that they did no vett licensees. All they cared about was the money. So, I don't believe they should be "knighted" for this. As i stated the very day the deal was made, SPNG would never pay any more license fees to Nickelodeon. Scams just don't pay up to anyone. I suspect that non-payment had as much to do with the nickelodeon action as any virtuous position.
