So, let me get this straight, GDHI's CEO sent you an email, some of the contents of which you were quite willing to post, but, you are unwilling to post the email itself so that all can verify exactly what was said, because it contains a confidential statement?

Why is the CEO giving information to you that he is not willing to have disseminated to the public? That violates public disclosure requirements.
