it's dicey to do ANYTHING .. to say ANYTHING .. to anyone at work .. .. ALSO .. it was said that the onus
is on the one doing .. you in the case you mentioned .. so it depends so much to who you (in your eg)
might have said that .. to how well the person knew the other .. even then as you suggest it would be risky
