I am trying to understand what is going on here, been here a while, still a little confused ( kids wont allow me enough DD time) can some one answer this 1) is there supposed to be a ruling on the DS sept 24??? some one posted something about that..2) I really dont understand all that that entails,, the possible effect of her decision?/
