22 lbs, wow! .. i'm about the same weight as i was as a teenager .. 165 in your lingo .. have varied little .. my
one saving grace i've always had good eating habits .. anything and all, but very little junk, sweets, that stuff ..
the last time i went all clean .. lol .. here .. NO alcohol, cigarettes, no any drugs, no radio, tv, newspapers .. early 90's
think it was .. i did everything else i should have done long time ago and that i should have stuck at .. art (nope not much good),
piano (no can't play much at all) .. meditated for hours, 8 hours one day i remember .. (some medical people have questions about
whether taking your mind back to that 'empty' state too much, is good for you) .. was whacko .. 'ceremonies' in nature in my back yard ..
LOLOL .. anyway after 10 days of 'purity' i was standing at a corner up the road and all of a sudden 'a line of cigarettes' passed by the front of my eyes .. rotflmao! .. shook my head and they were still there (i think it was an image of a cigarette ad i'd seen in a theater as a kid) .. shook head again thinking 'gidoutof'er you!' .. they disappeared ..
it was a great experience as after that i fully understood and appreciated more how hallucinations can arise from a 'mental' state
it's a frame, a state, of mind .. so sure 'Mary in a room' .. on a fence .. Jesus, people see ..
ghosts .. i knew then for 100% sure that the state of mind can create a visual hallucination ..
no drugs required .. actually i never had hallucinations under any drugs .. LOL .. a friend of
mine who only used alcohol saw snakes crawling on a wall when given drugs in hospital .. lolol ..
one interesting point a female doctor smoker told me .. she said that the number of cigs one smoked a day was NOT necessarily
a measure of their level of addiction .. i'd been up to regularly 3 sometimes 4 packages .. it was an interesting point she made
also as time passes i'm aware there are now some operations they will not perform on a smoker .. chuckle ..
thanks, pro_se, thing is i still do enjoy a few a day .. have been asthmatic since very early age,
too .. funny now sometimes early in the cutting down the asthma is worse .. adjustment, i guess
