Sicor appears to have some patents and apps for knock offs of small molecules. Period. Shoved in some different search terms as before, no matches.

The more I look at the apparent disparity in IP in the area, the more I think Teva is blowing smoke in regards to being able to copy enoxaparin to the FDA's satisfaction. But maybe their trade secrets are such hot stuff, they don't want to tip their hand by trying to patent it.
