Don't all raise your hands at once.

I searched wipo and uspto for any evidence Teva had IP in the FoB/biosimilar/complex mixture space. Looked in ratiopharm's Biogenerix IP. Looked at Barr. Looked at CoGenesys. Looked at Ivax. Looked at Teva itself. Lots of patents and apps, so had to try and narrow the search with relevant terms such as one would find in Momenta applications on this subject. Enoxaparin. Carbohydrate. Rule. Several more.

Zip. A couple of these, BioGenerix and Ivax were playing with their own oligosaccharides, but I saw nothing about analysis of them. We're talking a grand total of 3 vaguely related applications here.

Whatever Teva is doing for their generic Lovenox, they appear to be doing it entirely by the trade secret route.

Dew and genisi, I know you have followed Teva for quite some time. Any insight about this?

edit: Also looked at several of theiri partners, found zip
