Hi xxxx,
All air ticket right now is e-ticket, so you can get your boarding pass in any airport in China with just your ID.
And we only have airport counter in Shenzhen for cost saving, and for all other cities who request the physical ticket, we also have mailing option.
And we have less people working night shift, so maybe when you call now, the service quality is not as good as day time. For your information, tonight the call center is very busy because of the article...
We just googled the aurthor and he is blocked by google...and it seens he's got very bad reputation.
Our company will look into his article in detail and take necessary action where appropriate.
And before that point of time, we will not further comment on it.
Thank you and we greatly appreciates your interest and support.
Regards,
Jing

I have one question that I'd like an answer to ......
I tried to book an airline flight on the cnutg.com website from Beijing to Shanghai and it gave me an address to pick up the ticket in Shenzhen. I think this is the real reason that people are starting to think your company is fraudulent. Why can't I book a flight online and then have the confirmation and information sent to me by e-mail ? Thanks. Also .... I called the toll-free number on your website for assistance and there is no English help or a live person. This is troubling.
