Seen other sub pennies with by far larger A/S, O/S and float trade at higher levels and not have the
IKTO just needs to provide an update.

yes, from what I read in the financials, 2.4b shares are not tradable...can you correct me if I am wrong...there are not a lot of shares here to trade, for a sub penny
