The offer to tender 200 SDVI for 1 Graffiti will occur before the IPO. The new Graffiti shares will then show up in your account at the time of the IPO. Sorry if I mislead you. As far as I know no actual dates for the Tender have been set yet.

I think Ken has set this up to encourage people to hold the stock because if you intend to hold it makes little difference what price SDVI shares reach by Friday (Unless they go over the dividend + Tender offer of approx $1.27)
