Everyone will be able to exchange SDVI for Graffiti on a 200 - 1 basis. That is the offer. The important thing will be the price set for the IPO which we are told will be a minimum of 1E. If the SDVI share price was much lower than 0.006 at that time it would simply make the conversion much more attractive for shareholders especially those who would view access to trading on The Frankfurt Exchange attractive.
