Too many of these questions I've read. There is NO DEAL of 100 shares of SDVI for 1 share of Graffiti. It is 200 shares of SDVI to 1 share of Graffiti.

What KH meant is that if you want to trade your shares of SDVI and convert them to Graffiti, you will also get an additional 200 shares of SDVI to 1 share of Graffiti. If you do this, then it is similar to having 100 shares of SDVI to 1 share of graffiti. The only difference is that you will no longer have SDVI shares. You will only have Graffiti shares.

Example. If I have 1 Million shares of SDVI, just for the dividend, I will receive 5,000 shares of Graffiti. I have the option of keeping my SDVI shares or converting them to Graffiti.

If I decide to keep my SDVI shares, I will now have 1 Million SDVI and 5,000 Graffiti.

If I convert my SDVI shares, I will now have 0 shares of SDVI and 10,000 shares of Graffiti.

Hope this helps with the whole 200 to 100 shares deal.
