I just don't understand what is taking the FDA so long to approve? I get that this technology is game changing - however, I feel that something has to be up and the public investors are being kept in the dark.
No one has seen this machine in action. Ever. What if this technology Dean is claiming to have was pumped up by him this entire time? What if the data collected isn't good? What if he literally wanted to do a private placement of 107M shares and then pump up his stock was on April 5th (the date they were available for sale) was the day FDA submission occured which dragged the price from .85 cents to .15 cents. Someone here made millions on OUR MONEY. If this does not get approved by the 180 day mark it is evident that Dean must be guilty of something that helped himself, friends or family make a hefty monetary gain.
On the other hand. The FDA could just be completly dropping the ball on this one and Dean could be the most honest and trustworthy person on the planet. I hope this is truly the case. However, people said the same thing about Bernie M.
I feel like the day we get FDA approval I will not even believe that it is real. How can all of this talk about posting images, displaying the machine, hiring an FDA consultant, etc - not pan out by now? Why hasn't Dean just literally hired an FDA consultant and pay for it with the multi-million dollar credit line he has available? Beats me.
I am 100% long and have never traded a share. I am in at .55 cents and holding till bankruptcy or FDA approval. However, at this point I feel that the machine has something materially wrong with it. I feel that Dean DOES NOT have a fully functioning machine and that he is trying to get this CONCEPT approved so he can sell the patent to a major OEM. This is the only logical explanation besides that the FDA is fumbling this application. I cannot see the FDA being so ignorant, dis-organized and dumb more than I can see that Dean has been playing with us since the day he said "it is not a matter of IF but WHEN"...
