Integrated Software Development Ltd. (ISD) (Pink Sheets:ITDJ), a provider of enterprise software aimed at small-and medium-sized enterprises, today announced that it signed a follow-up contract with Natali, Israel's largest emergency and preventative medical services in the home.

Less than a year ago, Natali purchased BENEFIT to manage its service team. Presently, the organization will incorporate a new BENEFIT system to manage the information generated from its marketing efforts.

Natali extends 24/7 medical services to subscribers. Their services include doctors' visits to the subscribers' homes, telemedical diagnostics and emergency mobile intensive care units. In an effort to expand its subscriber base, Natali turned to ISD for a solution that would streamline their marketing operations.

"BENEFIT is performing beyond Natali's expectations in managing their service operations," comments Moti Maram, ISD's CEO. "So, it was a natural choice for them to come to ISD to solve their marketing CRM issues with another installation of BENEFIT."
