That's only partially correct.

First, in VVUS's studies or studies done by the FDA, they did not see birth defects. That was some BS the panelists put out there. Also the notion Qnexa effected birth control was more BS. Did panelists forget that patients lie?

The FDA had no problems with the cardiac safety. The panelists just wanted more ( 2 years ).
