Verde Media Group Inc. (OTCPK: HMIT), announces that the corporate change in name to Verde Media Group Inc., has been accepted by FINRA and will be effective as of September 15th, 2010. The new CUSIP number for Verde Media Group Inc., is 92337T107. The change to a new ticker symbol will be completed after September 27th, pursuant to FINRA Rule 6490.
