A PR is a snapshot in time. It's NOT a promise. These are not "promise" PRs from the PR Fairy. They never were. What Frank, or any other CEO says one day, might be out the window another (or pushed back, or delayed) due to changes in the business environment. From my (limited experience) it seems that investors greatly miss interpret what is conveyed in a PR. And that my friend is what causes all the fuss.
