Funny thing about the whole island thing. Kiplinger recently had a story showing 10 islands that are currently up for sale, and they were anywhere from 500K to 3.5 Million. Some had no house, some had modest houses, and some had mansions. None had neighbors. Some were out in the ocean, and one was near Norway. I'd either want Little Hog Cay or Summer Hill Island, meself.
