I know its wishful thinking on my part but I feel that by offering the buyback at the same time, it gave us the hope that we were just borrowing the shares as a startup cost and the company would be buying them back later....It's much cheaper for the company to do it that way than go to a bank (which are currently not lending at all to small or start-up businesses) and get some high interest rate loan with the collateral that they clearly don't have. This was basically their only choice in getting the funding they needed to do everything they needed to in order to get product actually produced. I'm still high on this company especially with all the new higher ups involved. I still wanna try a Supersoda too!
