The writer below (see link) strongly believes there was collusion and that wall street was not saved by TARP, that instead JP Morgan was in deep trouble and had to lay off trillions in bad derivatives in RE, and that Paulson and Bernake along with Bair saved JP Morgan by feeding him three major Banks.
