After looking at Affordable housing legislation from 2000 to 2010 I can't believe how much has been written and amended. I'm no lawyer but the way I read 2967 is it pertains to HUD low income housing. 5052 the way I read it is a expansion of the Internal Revenue code of 1986 for a tax credit for homeonwership, and 4446 reads it is a Down Payment assist program it doesn't said you don't have to gualify for a loan. So I missed your point on those. I couldn't take reading anymore of the bullshit bills that they pass, We must pay lawyers by the word to wright them. Now I blame both parties and big out of control government over the years for the mess where in and not just one president. My view is lesser of the evils not just one party is evil. But in all honesty I do believe Obama and his people and the far left congress men and senators that hold office are trying to turn us into cattle and milk us dry till we become third world cattle.
