check out the downgrade of HGSI from some firm called sterling!!!!!
they issued a sell with price target of 2
Ok..hgsi is not profitable and wont be for years
but they have 1.4 bil in cash..yes and some strange debt..
but this downgrade seems like blatant manipulation
