PLUS not working too well this morning, $37 MM is the settlement, much less than the face value of "damages", though PLUS get access to all Ariba IP. Nothing on future royalties, and decline in profits for the quarter. I wonder if the 37 Mm covers the litigation costs...No mention of their going after anyone else. Are we going to close the gap at $13?
