Dean is a visionary for putting this congolomerate together, and when it comes to pass, he will be praised instead of used as a garbage can.

Yes, there were many mistakes along the way, and, yes, for the betterment of the Company and shareholders he should step aside, but this, if it is succcessfully funded, could not have happened without all the hours, days, weeks and months of working tirelessly to see the dream happen.
