Over the last 30 years allegedly a fair percentage of the corporations victimized by naked short selling with a chance of turning the tables on abusive short sellers via any one of a variety of “corporate actions” mysteriously either got delisted or had their 12-g exemptions from registration revoked.

What nonsense. If any stock has its 12g exemption revoked, it's either because it lied in the first place, or no longer qualified for it. Plenty of companies whose shareholders screamed and yelled about supposed naked shorting have distributed dividends without any difficulty. No short squeeze ever ensued.

And where on earth do you get that "30 years" number? FINRA and its predecessor, NASD, didn't even exist 30 years ago.

After wisely “going dark” (non-reporting) in 2005...

They didn't "go dark". Going dark entails filing a Form 15. They just stopped filing Ks and Qs.

About 30 bashers have been going at it 24/7 ever since constantly insisting that there is no naked short position...

And guess what? The company AGREES WITH THEM.
