My goodness...everyone rants and raves but NO ONE answers the important questions. WHY????? Can ANYONE out there give me a good reason for hiding the share structure and financing arrangements? Can ANYONE out there give me a good reason for gagging a TA??? Please, just one of you give me a good reason.
