What I am saying is that since Mar 2000, every attempt to
get a retracement going over 3/4 of the previous drop has failed.
Translation:
(1)The bear lives on.
(2)And I gave you some tools(numbers) to see if the bear may die this time.
(3)And I make no predictions !!!
