i disagree with cargo hauler. this stock has some interesting ties to increased revenue and joint venture. would love to buy 2s but bought 3s.

but thanks for hanging around ELCR and warning off new investors. if you own this stock, it'll be your chance to pick up some cheapies. if not, well, not sure what the interest is.
