The stock is now a TIME BOMB. Lance Capital Ltd. has Secured Convertible Promissory Notes worth $375,000 at a conversion price of $0.0025 per share, secured by the Marg deposit. In case they decide to exercise those notes, 150M shares will be issued for 'em ($375,000@ $0.0025 per share), taking over the company.
