Ranger, it all depends on the "meat" in the pr, if it considered to be just a ploy to sell stock, it could make things worse. If it is consider positive forward progress, it will at least help keep the shorts at bay some, but it all depends on the news they release...

It they announce Hoboken for example, it might not excite many
