Sierra still requires a datafeed. Currently, that's either MyTrack (if you want historical charts) or IB. IB data is only the current day and no backfill.

Sierra is awesome, for $95 per year. MyTrack costs me $40 per month. They are great charts.

I got tons of historical chart data (intraday) if you want some backfill. Let me know.
