During Market hours, that order would have filled at the ASK. But sonce the order might have been placed before the market open, the MM's can adjust the ask price and fill at higher price.
I see some people selling for the small profit now. I guess they are not aware of the good news to come for SOBM. I think we will get a news tomorrow morning.
