Thompson misrepresented that misrepresented quote as the position of the U.S. gov = bogus. But it seems like you Gov lovers would defend it. I don't doubt or disagree with much of what he included it just hurts his cred to use a famous scamquote.

And I was not comparing that to "Bush Lies" but the PROG tendency to call Bush's embellishments as Lies but Thompson's as A-OK... Hypocracy. Funny how W is such an ICON for PROGS. He is referred to more than Bill Clinton who is trying hard to stay relevant. Bush is never seen, yet thought of constantly.. lol
