Simply put there is one thing that proves the float is tiny.....The way it trades. PERIOD.

You don't get a run of a 1000% run from .009 to .09 on under 2 million traded unless the float is TINY.

Not true. If a large block of the OS is held by one person then what you describe is simple to manufacture with a little manipulation, and one person controlling a huge percentage of the OS is exactly what happens following a 100:1 R/S.

A 100:1 R/S occurred a couple weeks ago. The AS stayed at 500 million while the OS decreased by a factor of 100. There is only one reason to R/S: so the company can sell and/or issue new stock...

But don't take my word for it, just look at the trading history since the R/S on Aug 24 (pasted below). It isn't physically possible for that jacked-up volume to be coming from retail - there weren't this many shares left in the hands of retail following the R/S. This volume can only be freshly-printed stock issued by the company post-R/S. Was anyone holding warrants or options that converted immediately when the R/S occurred? The data below demonstrates textbook manipulation: a wash-trading effort last Friday that created the initial "run", meant to attract as many speculators as possible to absorb the dump which began in earnest today).
