doing my civic duty posting the jbii.pk contest keeping it alive for the poster "in hiatus" that started it.

i have forwarded via pm "guesses"

amazing some of the "contest" participants are on their fourth guess of when jbii.pk will get a permit.
we are talking months and months of koolaid guesses.
i pushed my guess out to october when the longs started with september guesses.

now i need to push my guess out to november,
