i certainly understand what you are saying......the ONLY way this is not perpetrated by the company is if they are doing a financing.....then the actions would fall back to the evil dastardly sob's that did this.....which would be the finance guys..........so in my eyes, its either/or.....lose/lose.....the very best information i could receive on this doggie is that the selling is done........but the problem with that is two fold: 1. they would have to admit they knew about or involved in the selling for them to say 'the selling is done'......so we're screwed there..... 2. even if they ADMITTED it.......who would believe them?


so here is the answer to all the above:....the #3....when the azzhole ceo starts picking up the phone again, you can probably believe the selling is done........i am 0-8 on calls to this peckerhead today....probably a good thing, i am not what you would call gentle with ANY ceo.....
