IMPORTANT: Update on outstanding shares as of 3:29PM
I am quite disgusted by Compushare at this point and we are switching TA's immediately. I will always doubt them from now on, but here is the best we can do.

Received a call a few minutes ago. I was quite surprised, but we will have exact numbers tomorrow in writing. It appears there is actually 4,999,997 shares in the float and our wonderful transfer agent is to blame for the error.

I will not post the original email to my attorney confirming the amount that is now on pinksheets.com but this is not the first error they have made, but it will be the last with us.

5m is still a great sized float but disappointing having a gross miscalculation coming from a transfer agent at this point in the game, after verification twice. very discouraging.
