I believe that this exact question was put to IDIX management, and management responded by saying IDX320 had such a clean safety profile that they had no second thoughts about taking it to the 400mg dose level.




Clean in animal testing.


Maybe this is precisely why DDI studies in healthy volunteers are required.




The DDI study was an interaction study of IDX184/IDX320 for a potential STAT-C combo.
