You don't KNOW this and neither do I. I question it because nothing seems to work out like it should. I believe Dean has been concerned about PMA the entire time yet it has been downplayed from the get go.

I don't want to just hope for the best, I want to plan for the worst and it would seem like a fitting strategy down here in the pennies.
