That poses an interesting question. One of many that I don't have an answer for. Does any one know.

If a company is in California (IMGG).....do they have a clearing house that will issue a PR's at 9:30am when the markets open or does someone at the company have to do this at 6:30am (local time) or do we have to wait until 12:00pm or later for the company to do this when it's 9:00am local time for them.

What if the company was in Hawaii (a 6 hour difference). Would someone have to be up at 3:30am in order to put out a PR for 9:30am market open?

I don't think we are going to see anything first thing in the morning but was just wondering if there was a clearing house for companies not located on the East Coast.
