I think the problem is that Admin failed to tell you exactly why they incarcerated you. From what I gather it was a post where you joked about identifying the "plastic king". It was not a VOP per se, but merely a reference to a POSSIBLE VOP.

In my case, I THINK I'm here cause I came to your defense in a PM to admin, and also POSSIBLY because the post you made that I think got you in here was a reply to MY post which still stands: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=53894972

At any rate, what this says in your case is that if anything can even REMOTELY be tied to VOP then you're screwed. And by remotely, I mean anything that is in the same zip code as VOP, to include certain words, no matter how used, or in what context they may be stated. And perhaps that should be stated in the TOS.

In my case, I guess I'm guilty by association, cause in reviewing my posts, I can't find that any of them are in the same zip code as VOP.....maybe admin can point out which post/posts led them to their conclusion.....because all they said is that I'm in here for the 'same thing' as you.

I'm thinking it was an erroneous interpretation of my motives.....conviction by supposition, rather than by evidence......Especially when what I THINK led them to their action occurred 4 days before my suspension.........z
