To market the MedFlash through Pizza Hut and Dominos may put the flash drive into the consumers hands. CTYX does not make there money on the delivery. They make their money on annual fees and upsale potential. Under your scenario I can see a bunch of kids with a MedFlash using it to store their homework...

Bottom line, current management has thrown away millions of dollars and have nothing to show for it....

They have screwed shareholders and worse yet need more funds to yet again try another stab at it..
