Wow you know your cigars. is that Cubans don't come with Connecticut wrappers... I can remember years ago driving through CT and seeing the tobacco fields and my dad would explain what they were for. I'm not sure if any tobacco farms still exist in CT today. But you're correct that the tobacco grown in CT was exclusively used for cigar wrappers. In early spring up north I always enjoyed trout fishing along with a good cigar to keep the May flies away.
