Copaxone Patent case -
Does anyone have the filings on the Motion for Summary Judgment and Memos on the Patent construction for the Markman hearing? The legal memos may be worth reading. I for one am ready for something new. Perhaps we can handicap the outcome. We do have some fine legal minds on the team who can then tell me where I go wrong.
Perhaps, DD will be kind enough to "link" them as he did on the injunction suit.
