Just to clarify, they sell the licenses to vendors who have already been given awards by Consumers Digest. It's not like vendors pay to have their product in the publication. So I feel as if the ionic bulb genuinely earned a spot in their publication, it wasn't bought via dilution. I don't think you meant otherwise, I'm just clarifying for the sake of others.
