I have no idea of whether Eric knows/knew or not, but with a young company where 504 financing is still required you just have to choose your poison lol.

Me personally, I would rather him sell the 504 shares to someone will to help support the share price while they sell, instead of someone that will come in and just dump their shares on the market.....but that's just me.
