Got it. Thanks.

So, the 174 lots were broken into two groups. The ones (40+/-) I saw were reduced from $34K, to $15K and now to $2K.

The balance were left at $15K.

It may have to do with Fiserv ISS owning 50% or the fact that utilities don't service the 40 lots.

Glad we got that cleared up. ( :
