John,

In keeping things fair and balanced, you neglected to mention that Coates has received over $5,000,000 from the WWE/Almont entity related to the development and licensure of the CSRV generator.

The most recent payment was WWE's $150,000 release payment in June, 2010. And Almont paid $700,000 in February 2010 for the for the assignment of the Canadian License and the rights to the US License from Well-to-Wire. As a result, Almont has become obligated to pay $49 million balance of the US License to Coates.

So in spite of the fact that your due diligence has not come up with a lot of information regarding WWE and Almont, apparently they do have a lot of money to invest in the CSRV engine and their investment dollars have not necessarily stopped in spite of the delay in delivering the engines.
