Not to split hairs here but I still don;t think you can make that call. Without knowing the percentage of those applicants that keep carrying over and the size of that pool...it statistically insignificant.We have been making changes for 3 years. How many others...if the resubmission groups is building in size your number has been artificially skewed. I'm curious...if we go beyond Sept would you conclude that something may-not be up to snuff?
