I see D'Amaro got snookered by one of those Medium Term Notes/High Yield Investment scams.
Where it is purported that they can buy MTN's, fresh-cut at a significant discount from one of the top 25 European banks.
They used to always want a Letter of Proof that a customer had $100 Million ready and able of good, clean, clear money.
